I believe that the world needs more yoga. We can all take something away from a class filled with intentional breath and movement. For me, yoga is an opportunity to strengthen the connection between the mind, body and spirit. Yoga fosters the learning and growth of who I am as an individual and the ways in which I strive to positively interact with the world. I provide a thoughtful practice that is rooted in compassion and creativity through movement of the body. I believe that being in tune with the body can lead to a more present and vibrant mindset both on and off the mat. I offer a powerful vinyasa flow that encourages students to challenge themselves and value balance in their mind and body. Never taking things too seriously, I love to dance and laugh within my practice and my teaching. I received my 200-hr certification through The Craft of Teaching Yoga in Seattle and am currently based in Portland, Oregon.
